Gday Lachlan , just rewatching this vid as I’ve been keen on getting a tailgate , quality product. Noticed you added some extra insulation to the roof , how would it go in a Victorian high country winter , snow , wind etc .
I don't think you would have any trouble with it in the high country, especially if you had a diesel heater. Tailgate are manufactured near Benella, so they themselves to frequent high country trips. If you would like to talk more to me about the Tailgate I would be quite happy to talk to you on the phone.
Been in some very heavy rain and wind. Always seems to rain first and last night camping . I still haven't been in the good old bull dust with it yet but water wise everything nice and dry. I am 6ft and easily plenty of room for someone taller.
@@lachlanelliott7676 nice, thanks for the reply. It would be nice to see it in the rain , and how you shut it all up. Done many trips around QLD and NT, youll never get the red dust out, but adds character.
