My best friend is autistic and he’s one of the smartest people i know, i wouldn’t have passed some of my classes if it wasn’t for his help. i seriously cannot imagine my life without him and he’s taught me so much about autism and the complexity of it
As an adoptee, and victim of a failed adoption, this deeply disturbed me. He only liked the child or accepted him AFTER he was able to exploit his son's talents for profit. It was purely transactional and not a real love. If you only love someone because of what they can do to benefit you, that is NOT LOVE.
My son it's highly function autistic and I'm so proud of him. His only 5 years old and it's genius in math , Reading and Writing. Hope the world will be accept him for what he is. Love you my little Daniel ♥️
Autism does not give people superpowers; it's classified as a disability for a reason. I'm not saying that autistic people are incapable of doing things that normal people can do, but portraying autistic people as superhumans who can do quantum computing in their brains can set a dangerous precedent. Autistic people should be loved and accepted for being a human and not for what they can do.

As someone on the spectrum who loves numbers and math, I absolutely love this! Plus, the thing with the loud noises does take some getting used to for me. But most importantly, I'm happy that have parents who were able to raise me to who I am today, now as a college student.

Is Dhar Mann implying that you can tell someone is autistic just by looking at them? Also does Dhar Mann know that autism doesn't just make someone instantly smart? Like algebra isn't something the brain just recognizes you have to learn it which a 10 year old wouldn't be being taught algebra
the moral of the story is to not judge a book by its cover, autism comes in many forms as it’s a spectrum. in this story the kid who has autism happens to be great at math and programming and it shows a brief moment of him working hard to get there. not like he immediately known

I've actually researched Autistic kids for a research paper, and oh wow, they are so creative, intelligent, funny, joyful, etc. Amazing people they sure are.
I can relate to him. I’m neurodivergent as well and there’s certain things I’m good at. Not sports, makeup or anything people from like. That’s why I’m a loner at school and have no friends. I would be his friend though.
I have adhd i don’t like tomatoes and tbh there are somethings i don’t understand but what I do understand is the being judged part and I put a lot of that energy into coding myself
Jordan Podest was born July 17, 2006. In October 2019, he developed fish addiction. This took over his life through June 2020. It seemed he had turned a corner, unfortunately the crisis came back in February 2023. He had a very easy way to stop it but the only one who could do this final step for him refused for no reason. He died on July 10, 2023, just 1 week before his 17th birthday.
@@JustMatheus it’s a type of disorder that causes an obsession with a relationship that does not exist. If it is handled poorly, as it was in this case, it can become quite debilitating and lead to serious physical complications. It’s not the technical term but what it really is is a mystery.
I have been watching Dhar man for years and it really changed my life and learning about how we feel and what we should treat others the right way and so much more and I just wanted to say thank you Dhar man for everything you did for all of us😊
