There are 1000s of people probably even better. It's a method called VR Grinding. It means to play all day long and slowly collect vr that adds up fast. You don't really have to be good at this game to have a high vr

LMFAO, if you were actually half decent at the game you'd know that is definitely NOT a hacker. You can get that VR, plus there are many advanced techniques in this game that an average player would not know. Demon Sliding & Fire Hopping are 2 main ones. In fact, you should watch the WRs, maybe then you'd understand how you can go much quicker.

Not just the account partnership, but she and the other player are both in the same clan. The clan is well known for their highly trained members and trainers for Mario Kart 8. The way that Mario Kart 8's item system works is that it doesn't give you certain items depending on what place you're in. Instead, it gives you certain items depending on how far away you are from the person who's in first. For instance, if you are really close to first you'll likely only get green shells, bananas and coins but if you are far away from first you will get Bullet Bills, stars and golden mushrooms.

Gonna get hate here but Fire Hopping IS considered cheating, you're abusing a glitch in the system. 70% of people know of fire hopping but don't use it online because it's clearly unfair and removes all challenge from the game granting easy victories. Really wish they would patch it already. On another note 80 000 points doesn't make you a hacker or a cheater, especially with the last update on MK8 it's extremely easy to gain points and hard to loose any.

RetroDeath (a Competitive MK8 player's opinion) I really hope they DON'T Patch fire hopping simply because it spices up the game, and if you were consistently in rooms with people at 10k+ (including me, I'm at 14k), than you would know what I'm talking about (just btw, this wasn't a rant, it was my opinion).

Siłver I'm waiting for my LAN adapter to come in because I was having seriously wireless interference issues since the last MK8 update so I'm only at 5000 still. I was always wondering this, so after 10 000 and such fire hopping becomes that much more common?

Im a legit 14K and most of the people whos over 10K are cheater...Its very oubvious; just notice when they get hit they spin and dont loose speed or respawn in front of you when they fell off race. Theres a lot of cheating online...really lame btw. And yeah,, since the last update, the online steadiness is very shaky

Ali there is a huge mariokart community and the prefixes before the names is a clan tag.The hopping she was doing is called firehopping and it allows you to preserve your boost as long as possible to boost you further. And it doesn't require THAT much time to get 81k. There is already a handful of people with 99,999 or the max amount.

guy with 81k is what you call a "VR farmer" basically what they do is, go into 1k-2k VR lobbies and get 7 VR all day, every race having no chance of losing because of 1k VR players level of experience. So you are correct about it being fake, all 99999 VRs have farmed their way to 99999, the extreme level of difficulty makes 99999 take a very long time, and the highest legitimate VR atm is a guy from finland with ~96000 VR.

She's snaking which is when you drift into another drift and that's why she turned at the start. You get a boost after each one so if you do it all the way round you get further ahead.
