I love how you take us to the scrapyard with you. It gives us a glimpse of how recycling can also be profitable and also you could be a good steward of the Earth.
Another nice scrap day😊. I love the thought of bringing coffee and donuts to the workers, bet they'd love that! People like knowing they're appreciated, and we all appreciate you and what you do, Paul❤
We used to have a push lawn mower, just like that one, lasted for years, no motor to go wrong, no petrol/cable/battery. Only adjust the sole plate once in a while.
Second comment.... The aluminum is a good rainy day fund. I keep small rope or a junky bungee for tying the pinch o matic scrap. Thanks for the video and have a fantastic weekend.
I love watching you you're awesome and number two is when you pray at the end of your video I pray with you too. I put my hands up in the air and ask the Lord to take my stressful day away and to calm down of all the anger issues that builds up throughout the day.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
That Mini fridge was like a kid on the first day of school holding onto the car yelling I don't want to go I don't want to go lol. Have a great weekend and safe weekend take care God bless you and your family!!
Hi Paul! Nice scrap run these past few videos! It's been storming here to, we're getting more around 5PM. I love a good storm, my tranquility! 😊 Enjoy your weekend! ❤
What a great day for you to put a video out Paul. Its a ugly stormy day here in Illinois, not too far from you. Weather app says its going to be stormy for a few days 😢, my poor basement will never be dry 😅. Thanks for all you do for us and hopefully you have a great weekend. Peace and love 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
That mitre saw cord is real easy to replace and you probably have a barrel of cords to choose from. Your memory issue may have been a gift from your Father.
Planted enough yellow squash to feed the army my help thought there were 6 but 12 he has no idea how much this will produce. Enjoyed the video as always have a blessed weekend ❤Think you might need a hard hat lol
I watch your videos and sometimes I wonder. I'm a mechanic and for years i collected stuff that I kept at the back including bolts nuts and a wide range of hydraulic fittings . I went out to work on a property I had near a lake and my wife took the opportunity to call in the scrap man and he hauled the whole lot off , tools and all. I still lament it because right now I'm busy with a modification on a truck steering pump and I need a half inch BSP fitting and I can't find one anywhere in town , never mind the tap to make the threads. As we say in South Africa , "Eish". Pronounced Aysh. There are about 500 different ways to say it depending on the severity of the situation.
That will be so nice to bring the employees at the scrap yard coffee and donuts . I seldom eat donuts myself but my daughter brought me a Boston cream one yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed it . That was a pretty good load plus with the mower a great scrap day. all around .I hope you have an awesome weekend . Blessings Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤ Say a little prayer for my family Paul .they are going through a lot right now.
Hey Paul, you did pretty good today. The wind is the problem around Arkansas. You such a great guy. You have a great weekend. I planted some of my garden today, hope to get the rest planted this weekend. Its suppose to rain soon..tganks paul..😊😊😊😊
Most things come apart fairly easily and quickly. ( it doesn't have to be pretty!) To me its worth separating it and I hold until the price hits a certain level. Like the stainless right now is low,but it will go up at some point. Also easier to stockpile because I have the space to store it.
Good morning, Mr Paul. Shopping list for this haul. Lol. Fencing, wheel barrel, non motor lawn mower. See I wouldn't be able to do what you do but I'd get a lot of keep stuff. Lol. Have a good week. Tell Renee hello. Love and prayers to you and yours.
Paul, as far cost analysis, I am retired and scrap for a hobby. I go for higher money so I don’t worry about how long it takes to micro them. Also, it’s interesting to see how things operate. I enjoy all your posts,,,I started when you had the blue truck.
I have found numerous of those bikes, I also have a couple I turn my bikes over to. The are part of Paper Planes Ministries in Brighton IL. They were able to do something with them.
Paul even though you don't take apart the stainless grills you should check the inside grillings racks most likely there stainless also the burners could be stainless high end grills the burners are brass happy scrapping
Cmon Paul it’s simple maths, if you work on the stainless being roughly 3 times as much as iron, it must be worth breaking down the bbq especially as it almost fell apart when you pushed it out of the truck .
The man the myth, the legend always seems to find the saws and other tools. I just took a load in on Thursday. I had 840 pounds. I had broken down 2 piano harps that are really heavy, I was going to separate it from the sheet, but they told me it was the same price. Also, I saw an eagle on the way to the scrap yard stopped and got some footage or video of it in the field.
I always keep my non ferrous clean it and stockpile when it's high like now I got 45 cents lbs for siding and $1.75 lbs for number one insulated wire .
I've often taken bbqs apart. Separated the aluminum/stainless. Cashed it in once a month or get the scrap yard to bank the money for me. I used to get a nice dollar from it. The local scrap shops ive used are called Dominion Recycling and Maritime Recycling in St. John's Newfoundland, Atlantic Canada
You should spray some W-D 40 on your cutters just a suggestion, I bet you could've sold that wheelbarrow to someone that would use it for yard decoration
I used to have use a push mower on 15 acres as 1 of my chores. Depends if I had more aluminum to bring in ... if I would sell it or not. Oh I forgot you have the big amount... I would
G day Paul Yea with gas going up in price & people want to keep air clean those push reel mowers would be great I have 2 & don't want to scrap them! Thx
HEY BROTHER PAUL AWESOME VIDEO LOVE YOUR VIDEOS BE AWESOME STAY AWESOME BE YOUR SELF HAVE A AWESOME GREAT BLESS WEEKEND YOU AND YOUR FAMILY BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU ARE OUT DOING WHAT YOU LOVE TO DO GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AWESOME STUFF YOU ARE BLESS YOUR BROTHER DENNIS ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Paul, you should never grind aluminum on a normal grinding wheel as the aluminum will melt into the wheel and could cause the wheel to become unbalanced and shatter.
