Jis ke name se card apply kiya h uske alawa kisi other person ke name se bhi ticket book kr skte h kya ? Or card milte hi kitne dino me voucher ka use krna hoga ? Kya connecting flights ke liye ye applicable hoga ?

Han kr sakte hai kisi aur ka bhi book. Card milne ke baad 40 days mei aayegi and uske baad 6 months mei use kr sakte ho

its available for 6 months once you get the voucher and then 3 months are given when you redeem the voucher to travel.

yes you can book the ticket, lets say the airline ticket is worth 4250 rs, you will still end up paying around 1300 rs in the airport charges + taxes.
