What an exciting unit!!! Brett makes a friendly new cameraman. Naturally, I was excited to see the poker chips & dice. Awesome taxidermy. That Asian cabinet was super cool. Please don't forget to drink plenty of water. Good thing the safe was opened because it was prolly waaaaaaay to hot to beat it open, even for George. Also, that cannon was crazy cool!💕🙏🤗🥰

Here is a tip for you Jeremy, if you have any tools like a push broom, rake, plunger, etc. that has a handle that screws out of it, you can use the handle (s) to move something heavy like the safe. Just unscrew the handle(s) put it on the surface you want to move the heavy object across and push the heavy object across the handle(s). Just like the roller conveyer system used in a factory to get things from one area to the next.

When we bought a storage shed that was manufactured off site, they used several large pvc pipes. You'd roll it across the pipes and as one came off the back, you'd add it in front. They rolled the shed across my backpack, easy-peasy.

You need to do something about the rust on bottom of the safe before the visible paint starts to lift off. You’ll also need to secure the hand truck or that safe will roll around and destroy your bear

Hey Jeramie, as somebody who used to sell poker chips back in the day when Texas hold ‘em was really big, both those sets were my most expensive they’re called the dice clay. They actually are the closest chip to a real clay chip on the market from 1015 years ago.

I loved this unit. The bear! Gorgeous! Same with the Fox. The rest of the animals, whatever. It’s about the bear! The furniture is pretty high end. Made from real wood,instead of particle board, finished very nicely too. Great find! 💜💜💜

Whoa! I did not play this video with my hubby around. He has a couple of deer mounts and a dear friend is a taxidermist. He also has a safe just a wee bit smaller than that one. He has bags in it to keep humidity down. Not saying what is in it.

Pro tip: Access the safe from the back or front, rather than the side. It moves the centre of gravity closer to the dolly, and makes the effective load lighter. If you could get both dollies side by side on the back, then two men could pull together. Accessing from the front might mark the paint, but it would have the weight of the door at the closest to the dolly, making it the least difficult way to move the safe. Something to remember, if you ever get something that big and heavy, again.

for future reference... Move safe in 2 pieces. Take door off and load seperately. the door weighs more than the box.

Those are some awesome mounts. When we looked at our house to buy they had a huge elk mount at the bottom of the stairs. You could poke your eye out on it if you weren’t careful. I know a family that does a guide service in Alaska next to ANWR. He even has shown up on Life Below Zero visiting Sue Akins. His wife and 4 daughters join him each summer for the full season. The hunts for some of those animals cost quite a lot. At the price lots of the tags are and the fact that some are once in a lifetime purchase you want to have a guide. For some hunts there isn’t really an option because of how remote they are. I would up the price at least on some of those mounts if you plan on selling them. The griz looks like a cub in size. I wonder where someone shot one that small. I don’t know of anywhere that lets you take cubs but maybe it’s a yearling. The adults are as big as a truck.

I use to do construction outside. Before you go out and do something like that in Florida you need to hydrate really good the day before. Coconut water is super hydrating and eat lots of melons. Bring a cooler with ice water in it so you can dip a chill rag in it and put it on the back of your neck, you can also submerge your wrists in the ice water to cool yourself down. Bring some melon with you and switch your drinks from water, Gatorade and a coke.

That could be a Spirit Bear. A very rare species black bear that doesnt have much pigment in their fur, making them look ghostly in the woods. They come from around Terrace British Columbia
