This foundation works SO good on my extremely oily skin. I used this and the matte spray from mac and my face has not gotten shiny and my makeup has not separated at all so far! I’m extremely excited that I could find a foundation that doesn’t separate on my skin. I swear EVERY foundation I’ve tried so far has separated

The lightening is amazing! I love the zoom in's you can actually see what the make up REALLY looks like! Half the time you'd think foundation makes your skin utter perfection with how most beauty vloggers look. But it's still skin, not plastic.

Does anybody else notice tiny white specks on their face when they apply this foundation? It does away once I set but there is always tiny little specks of white stuff when I first apply it. As an oily skinned person, this foundation does NOT keep me matte for a full day-maybe 5 hours and it creases into every wrinkle I have, smile lines, forehead etc. It looks pretty for a few hours but for me its more of a mixing foundation. It looks super pretty mixed with the Too Faced Peach Perfect or the Maybelline Superstay foundation. OH and as an aside, as a pale person who has never had a Covergirl foundation match me or not oxidize like 15 shades, I have to say I am impressed with the shade range and it does not oxidize on me :) ALSO OMG YOUR MAKE UP IS SO BEAUT!

You will LOVE the CG Elixir foundation, Shannon. If anyone is the Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless in 112 you'll want to get L60 or L70 probably. The numbers don't make a whole heck of a lot of sense. Example, L10 (first shade) is very yellow based. L15 is more neutral beige and L20 is actually the lightest shade they have. ALSO, Jenluvsreviews has swatches of all the shades, wet then once it dries down, to help figure out what shade you are. I've heard a lot of people saying the foundation has white specks of powder you need to then buff away, but the website says it shouldn't do that, but have seen a lot of people complain of that issue. I prefer this over the Maybelline Superstay by miles.

My favourite flu remedy is tea, a teaspoon of honey, and a little squeeze of lemon. Taste real sweet and bitter, love it and it’s good for you! Hope you get better soon! xxx

Love your new lighting! The big difference was from daylight to night. Before your lighting and you did first impressions on foundation, you could tell clearly what you filmed in the morning and when you had your light at night. This foundation lasted so much better than the others on you as well 😊

Tylenol cold and flu with hot tea and honey. Snuggle with a Heating pad and hot baths for the aches. Fresh air! Keep your bed linens clean as best you can. Hope you start feeling better soon Shannon ❤️💋

Love the new lighting! It looks beautiful! This one the most thorough review on this foundation I've seen yet. Mostly I've seen reviews where the influencer is 25 feet from the camera and, after 3 hours, they say it is or is not looking great. But it looks fine from the viewer standpoint and I can't see what they're talking about. So thanks!

I used to get interference on my TV when I ran the vacuum. I bought a power strip that eliminates the interference and it solved the problem, it wasn’t expensive and it fixed the problem, might look into that for the mic.

Jessica Cutsforth I have combo skin and I really like it amd typically I dislike CG foundations. If you can find your right undertone it absolutely is worth it. It is only $8 and change at Walmart, around $12 elsewhere. I'd suggest comparing it to a foundation that matches you vs trying to go by the numbers. The numbers don't go from light to dark per say. WAY better than the Maybelline Superstay that people have been going bat shit crazy over, imo.😊
