I want to say, with your primer first the foundations look beautiful! I think the Kjær Weis looks a bit more exact to your color. Without anything on you definitely have a rosy (cool) undertone.
The Kjaer Weis is a perfect match to your skin. The WA is just a tiny bit light but not bad, still looks good. I wear same color as you in KW but in WA I wear number 2.
Thank you for the feedback! I too was thinking that the WA is a touch light, but I was also thinking the KW was a touch yellow. Today I actually tried using a combination of both all over my face and I think it is pure perfection! Blending products from different brands has become my new obsession. I feel like a mad scientist! xoxo - MJR
P.S. per Kjær Weis website the products are good for one year from opening the package. When they dry a bit I use a drop of the "Beautiful Oil" on my dry palette first. I hope that helps!
Kjaer Weis looks better here imho. I love KW (both foundation types) but think you nailed it in matching and natural looking mission. That side looks lifted and alive but that could be color. Don't see the cool undertone reading thru. But both brands are fab so enjoy!!
Have you tried Merit Beauty? I have tried both KW and Westman Atelier. Merit Beauty is a great blend of both foundations. I have similar coloring to you. I am a neutral but I can also wear cool in an emergency. I wear two color in Merit Beauty. I were Linen all over and Dune under the eyes. You can find this brand at Sephora.
Hiiii!! I have not, but I get served their ads on instagram all the time and I have looked at their foundation multiple times! I will have to give it a try soon. :) xoxo-MJR
Great comparison. On my screen, there was an almost imperceptible difference between the two foundations. Everything looked great and natural. I am now intrigued by the WA brushes.
Hi!!! Thanks for watching and commenting! I've been using the KW foundation daily but have learned that moisturizing really well first is super important or the finish is rather wrinkly. I still love the WA foundation too. :) If you're trying to decide on which WA brush to try first, I suggest starting with the baby blender. It's my favorite brush with lots of uses. :) xo - MJR
Sweet! Would love to know what you think of it. I made another video about prepping skin for the Kjaer Weis foundation. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-97g6-rMMzRw.html I found skin prep makes a HUGE difference when it comes to getting the best finish from the Kjaer Weis foundation. Thanks for watching & commenting!! xo - MJR
Thanks for the feedback! Just to be clear, do you think my right, or your right looks yellow? (My right is the Kjaer Weis. My left is the Westman Atelier) xo - MJR
