We've spent countless hours trying to perfect our admin console and make it beautiful & inviting...but is it usable?
When we opened up the Beta program, we quickly realised that no, it wasn't. Since we've built it from the ground up, it's easy for us....but we required users to realise that we needed to make improvements.
So we did...and so we continue to do!
Listen to your customers, and ensure you build for THEM, not for you.
