I have this book The Four Agreements and agree it is a must have. Just yesterday I was having a bad day I had to reread the chapter don’t take anything personally. When I was done I felt so much better. If everyone practiced these agreements daily I feel we would all be less stressed out.🧿

I've been watching since the dorm room days, decorating rooms and doing hair and makeup ❤ we're similar ages, I just had my first baby boy, I've been more than ever, on my own spiritual path, I feel like every time I tune in with your videos, somehow what you're talking about highlights where I'm at in my learning journey and I learn something new. i’m going to go reread the four agreements right now. i love how these ideas connect to sherri mitchell’s about dreaming our reality into being. she says we should be using 10% of our energy to look around, 10% to stop the flow of harm, and a full 80% of our energy to dream a new world into being

I often will find when I am down if I go back to your previous posts I can find a book that will given me peace and insight. I just finished "A Man's Search for Meaning" which helped so much. This is one I plan to read. Words are and have always been so interesting to me. Because all word definitions are is something someone made up and the majority agreed enough to call it fact. Everything is perspective. Loved the bit about a "tree".

Words create symbology like when u say sky you think of the big blue sky Backbiting is insecurity and ego and poison to your brain Give your “i dont get nice feeling abt this person/ thing” gut feeling a chance to unfold and unpack itself instead on being anxiety
