I had to trim the Andrew Huberman podcast segment due to copyright stuff. If you want to check it out, click this link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LG53Vxum0as.htmlsi=Qd1FMsCX7NywvG8T&t=2184

Hi there! Thank you so much for this video, i’ll do my best to apply what you mentioned into my process! May i also ask, do you have advice for trumpet players trying to go through an embouchure change? How do you determine whether you need one? If you do, how should you go about it?

This is hard to answer over the internet. My suggestion is to find a teacher and see what they think. I have a podcast episode with my friend Matt Vangjel on embouchure changes. My podcast is called “That’s Not Spit, It’s Condensation”. The episode is from May of 2019. That could be a place to get some info too.

@@RyanBeachtrumpethey ryan! I just want to say thank you so so much again for all your hard work in making trumpet education more accessible for people. I just finished listening to the podcast, and I learned so much. I was also deeply encouraged as someone trying to slowly navigate an embouchure change on my own for almost 4 years. Thank you so much again! Will continue to look through your other episodes and videos!

@RyanBeachtrumpet you just broke down a mixture of things that always occur without even thinking about it. lf one were to choose to play the trumpet, those events happen during everyday practice regardless. Now I'd have to think about what I'm thinking about while practicing lol . However, I do appreciate narrowing down what needs to be worked on during practice. I liked the part about 85% success rate with difficulty. I took a couple good tips from your video! TY. Just razzin ya
