To me, getting shinies is much more exciting when you’re not expected to find them. The randomness is what makes it fun! (For me). But you do you!

There is no skill listening for beeps and there is a false narrative around RNG by RU-vidrs who pretend it's a rich ground because they need to pump out videos. Snapping your fingers at the sound of a beep to make the pokémon change color does not give you anywhere near the dopamine or appreciation for the shiny. All your doing is stripping away the magic and deleting content for yourself.

@Alienshroom Lmfao, do it then. Better yet, go learn how to RNG Colosseum shinies and tell me it isn't the same if not better of a "dopamine rush". Or even the contest painting seed method in Emerald. Far more is involved in this practice than you think, and you're being incredibly ignorant. I understand why people SR, i was just being cheeky.
