Through the Conference Finals, the Dallas Mavericks have thrown down a league-high 118 dunks. No other team has more than 82. The Mavs transformed themselves at the trade deadline into a bully-ball team that thrives on scoring around the rim. Daniel Gafford and Dereck Lively II lead the way, but Derrick Jones Jr., PJ Washington Jr., and sometimes even Kyrie Irving get in on the action too. Enjoy half an hour of the most aesthetically pleasing play in basketball.

That is why it's so difficult to defend against the Dallas. If they feel like 3 point shooting isn't working for them, they capitalize on Lobs. You have 3 players at any given time who can take the Lobs (Lively, DG, PJ, DJJ, and JG).

@@hittkid6312 Of course I know Uncle Drew is also a Lob threat but it's more ideal that he's focused only on playmaking, 3-point shooting and mid-range acrobatic shots. Uncle drew needs to be consistently good producing minimum of 25 points each game for Dallas to win the Championship. I also hope PJ and DJJ will have their best play this Finals. 🙏

Luka is a great orchestrator of lobs and you have to thank the front office of the Mavs for getting the perfect finishers in DLive, PJail, Landlord Gafford, and Flight 55.

The rookies are busy getting buckets, getting stats, getting points, boosting their confidence and motivation with the alley oops, but what they don't realize is, the leaders of the Mavs on the floor are also getting them their leg workouts at the same time, so when it comes time for them to shoot the ball, there won't be a fatigue factor with their legs, and and there won't be a weak fatigue factor with their arms. With both, they are getting stronger in every way! Genius!

LOBS the very key to win the Finals, of which only The Mavs can pull it best. LOBS Champion in the NBA...Luka and Kyrie the best duo facilitator for LOBS other than being the Beast type of threat in 3's and driving to the hoops....There's a lot the Mavs can do and adjust to any scenario.....be healthy Mavs , your availability with your abilty the ring is secured....GO GO GO MAVS !!!!!

I'm an Australian started following the NBA two years ago and dallas has always been my favourite team in the league. So happy to see them take on the Celtics for the championship this year especially since I'm also Slovenian it makes me so happy to see Luka and the boys absolutely tear the league apart.
