Science and spirituality are complementary to each other , Not opposite . In ancient india , the gurus , rishis and saints discovered and invented many scientific and engineering marvels . The sewage system of the Indus valley still works after 4000 years . The number system , algebra , surgery , calender , astrology (study of the position of celestial bodies ) , medicine , electricity etc . are all discovered by indians , they were never credited but the manuscripts and recordings from ancients texts says a lot about the relation between dharma (spirituality) and science in ancient india . Yoga and meditation was discovered by ancient indians over 5000 years ago and they work , scientifically. Although i don't agree with many of sadhguru's scientific theories but he is phenomenal in terms of spiritual and life lessons. Nice review guys , seek and learn . ❤❤
Yeah we Bharatiya people has certain amount of knowledge about our scientific/spiritual culture and traditions, we cannot agree few sadhguru's scientific theories mainly because they are explained in "english" and in a modern way mainly to the west because they can't digest the truth(vedic knowledge) in its purest form. Once you explain vedanta in english, the very meanings change's unfortunately. But we Bharatiya people can take Sadhguru's theories in a more "factual and truth or righteous"(vedic way) approach because we have a way of understanding it in a right way or a factual way. But his modern way of explaining has some dangers too.
Because of the damn invaders they took our knowledge and claim it as if its their own or they discovered it. Its also funny how when science is explained in our mother tongue it's is "Superstition or Pseudo-Science" but when explained in English or by a foreigner(mainly west) it is "Science". Sastra means Science. The word sastra existed before even English language was born or existed. When it comes to physical dimension what we Bharatiya people follow is 100%. But Sastra is only limited to only physical dimension. To go beyond is Adyatmikata(spirituality(not a perfect word but then again there are no words in english to explain that))

Go and observe things you may question why will happen. Look science is serving just because of observation without it you can't understand anything if you start seeing things as it is you will there is something which connects everything from one thread and all enjoy that divine nature. Just like flower necklace many different flowers is together with one thread and they don't untill they go deep and see the thread.. That is what purpose of life just hold that string of life everything will look dream because you are with reality.
chitta is not accessiable by observation of the outside... outside observation is more like a reminder to the existence of chitta ( or god or ultimate intelligence) access to chitta is through turning inward and observation of the life within and knowing it. its easily said , not easily available , access to creator is the final end game... lots of pain and sacrifice is required to achieve it . pain and sacrifice in not necessarily right vocabulary when communicating in the yogic launguaue but since that language is not our strong forte , the words that best describe it are pain and sacrifice pain and sacrifice ( can also be understood as working out your karma , or your past karma and dropping all accumulation which are being attached to you...)
Green shirt sir, when someone says duck u, you have 2 choice, either you react to it or respond to it. Reaction is immediate, unconscious, response is consciousness. I am follower of sadhguru, this is his teaching, towards consciousness, you to yoga to make the physical body stable and mediatate to creat awareness of the moment so you can respond consciously rather than reacting. You you leave it, and call it peace without this practice, u will fall in circlea sir, watch maya maya story and what is karma by sadhguru for this exact points, namaskara. My views my personal, dont think bad about sadhguru if i may sound stupid, forgive me🙏
simply this body is a tool. with this you can experiance and feel ... so .. we have seen the natures magic and process out side .. now time to see in your self in your body how nature or god creates magics . feel that vibrations... if everything is vibration as per scientists so feel it whith in you. but something is above from this vibrations ... guss what..... jack pot
I was like that totally confused and Atheist?!!!.. I usually speak less, but not my mind, well sometimes you get time to do nothing or just day dreaming, I did many times like no thinking, because I was either just looking at ceiling or a tree , then at 1 point I got this thought like ....why I am here?, why people moving and running here and there? Why I need to follow my parent's instructions when going outside or in doing some homework after school, it was like that from childhood to high school something, and when iam doing my degree, I was facing some health problems, and not studying properly, also wanted to finish this studies as soon as possible,.. while I was in that dilema, a question to my mind (from all confusions and misery), "why iam doing this?" And "WHO AM I?",.. it became my life and death question, because I was not satisfied and hated when under someone and something's CONTROL,.. then in 2013 I think, one night I suddenly was hearing all type of sounds at midnight 1 o'clock? And just to confirm saw outside it was pindrop silence,.. I barely slept and next day morning 💥 🤯 like boom my mind got blown from INSIDE as felt a rush of emotions of excitement and felt like as if I was at the centre of galaxy or universe🌌 and got the taste of real ecstasy, it stayed like that for 15 mins, then came down, that feeling and experience i will remember till my death (more like a side effect of REALIZATION), i uttered myself as "this world is illusion and nothing is outside of me),.. later in 2017 i came to know this phenomenon as energy chakras and opened up at Anahata(heart chakra somewhere at middle)... Due to this i became connected to many things , and stopped eating hens, and goats,.. now I rely onpe on 1 type of simple fish and eggs as my non veg diet and rest is veg diet.. and this just 1 of many changes, including my dreams became like something else, my intentions changed and morality became more like my common sense now.... So as you can see this is not natural thing for humans but if one want to know the truth or want to sense that, then one must 1st question it as if it is the only thing you are concerned with (out of misery or beyond beauty) or may be with the help of real guru with whom you can sit and meditate or inner engineering in other words with like Sadhguru or his type of someone atleast whom one can call as real spiritual guru ... (Spirituality means simply we the spirit boundless formless in human form ).. so it depends on individual's yearning and utmost importance only... either to delve into the unknown or stay as how you were everyday like any other normal human.. it is 100% your choice energy and time👍.. I hope it helps anyone... So 😊this is not some video game but a reality stranger than the fiction and starting of journey to the mystery,.. need strong heart or else worng things can happen... So if still insisting then better do in presence of real guru anyone like Sadhguru on inner engineering maybe or just meditate

Children should be rebellious and always curious who see things and want to know the things. But today's parent started teching their kid religion, you are this, you are that etc this things put kind in a particular box where he can't think out of box. Whatever people learn today is just what people have known which haven't help mankind to overcome from sadness, anxiety, anger, creed etc.which one thing will give peace not happiness because happiness is temporary peace is permanent And today's people think they are scientists and science is everything ohh come on our ancestors who were saint discover 0,gravity( way before newton you can google), mathematics, geometry, surgery etc religion is science science is religion. Religion can't go without science and hinduism proves it..even Einstein, nikola tesla, Openhymer, mark twin etc prased hinduism said hinduism only religion close to science. So I don't consider it religion but people only understand term religion. 🙏🙏
May be they are using in wrong way, but the opinion is same, the superior and supremacy of self over others is called EGO these days people are using in this connotation When we are not logical, when we are not truthful, when we are not ready to take criticism not even ready to listen the negative language of others, it's the ego which is active In my opinion people with superiority complex exercise their ego always, they never want to be questioned, egoistic people are good only as long as you just obey them completely, if once we question them they don't even think but react immediately and violently
