I have stayed this hotel once. This is really an amazing hotel. Stayed on 27th floor and gave me an overwhelming view. Staffs were so nice. Such a nice hotel.

Probably Lotte, but just by a little bit. It's in Myeongdong and Four Seasons is in Gwanghwamun. I would look on a map based on things you want to see but overall Lotte is probably more central.
Luxury Fred The room is Executive Suite with City View I guess. I stayed at Palace View Executive Suite, its official price was 1000000 Korean Won +10% tax . So I guess this room might be 7500000 Korean Won. Have you ever tried Sauna there? It's the BEST Sauna in Seoul. Much better than other luxury hotels in Seoul.
"Luxury Fred likes this kind of music. I see. Very eclectic music taste he's got Luxury Fred", says Bangkok-Johnny aka Johnnie de Bangkok www.pattayatoday.net
I agree it's different from those cities but has its own, unique vibe and energy. It's just more spread out. I've never been to Kyoto but I think it was similar to Tokyo. Definitely not as wild and loose as Hong Kong and with less expats than HK.
