Four Ukrainians killed by Russian air strike in Kharkiv

Local officials in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv say at least four people have been killed in a Russian airstrike.
31 others were injured in the attack as Russian forces pushed forward.
Ukraine is belatedly hardening its defences, but the last few days show they’ve already been badly breached, says Sky News UK Security and Defence Editor Deborah Haynes.

That's a lie. Casualties in the Donbas and Luhansk war, both military and civilian deaths, were about evenly divided between the Russian backed separatists and Ukrainian loyalists. You can add the 298 innocent civilians murdered by Putin on MH17 to the list.

OSCE was monitoring the conflict from 2014 to March 31, 2022, and never found any evidence of support for those allegations by Liar Straits ru. The International Court of Justice and the International Association of Genocide Scholars (IAGS) no evidence also per Olaf Scholz.
