In 1976, our nation's bicentennial (or it might have been 1975), I was standing on the balcony of my 7th floor apartment in Alexandria (Lincolnia), Virginia, and watched the fireworks from there. It was quite visible, as was the Washington Monument on a clear day. The display was visible for several miles.
I saw the bicentennial at the Statue of Liberty on the Hudson River it was spectacular this is okay I don't hear any big booms but that just might be the sound not picking it up
happy 4th of july :) im at my lake house in kentucky. the fireworks were last night. they were awesome but there were these stupid trees behind the house & it was harder 2 see. i mostly saw them tho & they were sooo cool
