You're supposed to be simply handed a card with $750 on it when you approach a FEMA volunteer or a fema employee. The application is for further benefits so the card should be handed out without hesitation.
LOGIC would dictate that they are handing these cards out for temporary help right now. Why try rebuilding when more hurricanes are on the way. No sense at all. Wait until this season is over then rebuild

We should look to God for our hope. What I'm hearing about government's lack of response hurts me and I had no bad effects from the hurricane. We the People need to change our leaders. I pray that ALL of us can vote.
