This took so long, now its finally here. The long-awaited Fox Benedict Television History video.
Unlike in @Timothy-San 's video, this video contains more. More than just three TV divisions. There is now about 11 sections in this video for the other TV divisions.
Fox Benedict Television was formed in 1953 as Fox-Imperial Television Corporation to air films for television on syndication. 2 years later, it was renamed to Fox Imperial Productions Television to produce their own shows, while still distributing other shows for syndication in the Occitanian region.
Once 20th Century Fox bought Fox Imperial Productions in 1984, it was renamed to Fox Imperial Pictures Television and spilt into two companies. Fox Imperial Pictures Domestic Television Distribution and Fox Imperial Pictures Syndicated Television Distribution (the latter being renamed to just Fox Television in 1992.) It formed other divisions during its time as well, such as FIPTVI, FIPTVD, FIRTV, and FSITV. Once 2017 came around, TriStar Imperial had bought many of the Fox Imperial companies.
By 2020, as part of major corporate restructuring, the division was renamed to Fox Benedict Television. With FTV, FIPTVD, and FIRTV being folded into FBTV. Fox Searchlight Imperial Television was renamed to Fox Searchlight Benedict Television, and Fox Benedict Television Animation was formed. 3 years later, it formed its documentary division, Fox Benedict Documentary Television. And in April of 2023, FBTV, along with the rest of its divisions, were shut down and folded into either Disney Television Studios, Sprixie Television (our TV division), or 20th Television.
Everything you see in this video is completely accurate to the company's timeline. Such as fanfares, logos, just basically everything, is correct. (Not done according to Paxton Jordan since he basically tried to screw up the timeline at one point.)
