Yes. Laurence presupposes that Reform cannot form a government, and so assumes that fatally weakening the Tories is a bad thing. The Labour govt is so hated that reform must capitalize on it. Farage speaking about race and appearing to be anti-immigrant would not benefit Reform at this point. Blair kept his cards close to his chest, Farage must as well.

Once they get rid of the word woman and say that biological sex doesn't matter, all of women's rights will go too and that is what seems a frightening prospect. And predominantly, the consequences of this will be felt by working class women. It is also important for men's rights to be protected too. I don't really agree. Calvin says Britain is founded on Christian values. Partly. Starkey is more on point when he says English common law and Roman government which predate Christianity, are the foundations of England. It's this we need to and can restore. Christianity is not coming back in the UK. England has been a nation of sceptics for hundreds of years and the church is gone. It's a pipe dream. I m a cultural Christian and agree it's a deep part of our heritage, but it's over. That's why Calvin has gone to America.

I went to a Catholic school and we had to watch a video of an abortion, vacuuming out a tiny little person and after the video they handed out a little pair of tiny feet in the form of a brooch and told us this is the actual size of babies feet that are aborted. Every life is precious 😢🙏🏼

Ulster is most likely the only part of Britain that is British. Only people there consider themselves to be British. There's no part in any other part of Britain that would would consider themselves as British. They'll give themselves an identify but it would never be British.

And so are the barristers & solicitors and not least the humble civil servants who get paid next to nothing to make whole thing work. Many people leave the job because they can't make ends meet.

While life is sacred, unless I'm mistaken, I believe Calvin thinks that even when that life is the result of rape, the woman should be made to carry the child. I regard that as reason enough for men not to be involved in such decisions. Quite apart from what the law regards. as rape, there are countless marriages in which a wife/or wives are forced against their will to have sexual relations with their husband which results in pregnancy; technically that wouldn't be classed as rape, but the woman has to obey the husband. Barbaric & as for the rape of girls - the rape alone can destroy their lives, so until men can give birth, the decision should be the person whose body carries the child.
Don't be so short term, Laurence. This Labour term of office will show us they cannot be trusted. The backlash will last for at least a decade. I am looking forward to a Conservative/Reform alliance that will undo the alliance the Conservatives had with the Lib Dems.

What is missing, what will dissolve apathy, is a unified CALL TO ACTION . Being unhappy is not cured by talking about how unhappy you are, or how bad things are. What do you want to happen? Can you identify candidates (regardless of party) who support that? Can, then, Reform become an organization that endorses candidates and propositions that align with members values? I think so. Outline organizational values. Select candidates who support them. Endorse and work for those candidates. Call for new laws that reflect those values and repealing laws that don’t. CLARITY, VISION, ACTION = Reform.

Our only hope is Christ. We have been told already about what is happening now. Jesus said His kingdom is not of this world. But His kingdom starts in our hearts when we first believe. And while we live in this world, we live for Jesus and all He taught. We are keeping in our minds eternity and Heaven our Home with God.
