Years ago I was depressed and spent every day thinking about taking drugs and committing suicide, then I met a girl who encouraged me to move on and to be the best version of myself. We were together for some time and it felt like heaven on earth. She used to put the songs she liked as background music while we were chilling in my room. One day she decided that we should break up, that we were getting "too close", and she just left. When I got back home this was the last song she had played on my laptop, and for some reason every time I listen to it I feel sad and happy at the same time bc of all the memories it brings back. Edit: This happened to me in december 2017. I was kinda sad for a year or so, tried to talk again with her but she said talking to me made her remember bad times. We haven't talked for years now, and I just moved on. Haven't thought about her in a while, it was good while it lasted now we gotta stay strong and keep going forward. All things. bad and good, end; so we gotta try to enjoy every day- I hope yall feel good and have a nice life!!

I'm so happy my dad is in my life, even though he can be a jerk sometimes. He shows me movies and the best the world has to offer. I know that Mother's Day was recently but I've never had a real mother(or mother figure) that has lasted very long. My Dad deserves so much more than what life has given him. And only now is life truly starting to go his way. He bought a house, has been remarried to his old highschool sweetheart for 2 years I think. I just hope he is thankful that I have become who I am, I haven't made life easy for him that is for sure. Idk.

I've faced dark times and various problems, hearing this song brings back memories I had passed. What i find inspiring is the way this video is filmed. Focusing on whats in fromt of you and who you are with. Its like being in your own world of happiness, forgetting the horrible things for a moment, and enjoying yourself in the worst times. I think music is amazing, because it can give you different feelings, it can make things mean more.

So far, my life has been a mess and considering I have Aspergers and being the constant victim of harassment? yup, I tend to turn off and delve into music like this as it helps me get through the day :) I apologize if this was too personal, but I thought I could point this out.

why is life so short

2023 killed me. I lost my mother, aunt, and uncle all in the same week. I split with my girlfriend, and it just felt as if I was completely alone. One January morning in 2024, I found this song through the algorithm. Early 2023, January through June, it was so musically oriented. I would share music with my ex all of the time, and she would do the same, something I miss dearly. This song feels as if it's a song we'd share, a song we'd love. It feels as if it's a piece of the latter half of 2023 I've deserved, but just never got. I miss you all, every single day. It's so lonely without you.

This is infinitely sad as much as it is beautiful.

Some drugged me and messed about with me a while ago. Nobody did anything they all just let it happen. I wasn't well afterwards and nobody stuck their neck out for me. I lost my home and my job, spent 3 Christmases and years alone. Nobody would today stick up for me today. After this all went on I would listen to David Dean buckharts music he would upload and it would always be a banger. I stopped listening after a while. The last week I have started PTSD classes in the unity centre in Rotherham. Brought up all sorts of bad feelings, dumped and blocked my gf and spent days in the house with no lights on continuing to WFH but I dunno. This popped up in my suggestions after what must be years of not listening and I feel better after a walk and a listen to some other tracks. I just wanted to say a big thank you and to encourage him to continue uploading stuff. It obviously resonates with people who have a little something on like I do. You make not make millions from the views like some RU-vidrs do and achieve a big status but you are doing a lot of good for people. Sincerely thanks a lot

This is just sad, man. We don't have this prom tradition in my country and this video makes me think of all the memories that could have born in my life if only in an alternate reality we had proms in high school.

I thank God i lived in the 80s such wonderful time, when things were simpler, definitely there was a different air, you can feel the difference if you lived back then. I had a period in school my senior year where I would clean the stage, and then just lounge on a set of two old movie theatre seats in the corner. near the end of the year, I would just sit there and listen to this, thinking about the passage of time, and how it would be nothing but a memory later.
