Start with walls, trenches, small garrisonless bunkers, barbed wire, and sandbags. None of these show up on radar, and have no flags to show team. For all the enemy knows, their own team is building it. Just don't get spotted. To get intel in an area, place down listening devices. Wear a scout uniform. Don't use a CV. After the enemy has to blow their way through several trenches and walls to get to you, finally bring the CV and build the core, along with starter supplies.
