Trump has been found guilty of committing fraud, in fact one of Trump's foundations was ordered to pay restitution and then was ordered to be dismantled. For the most part Trump uses the courts and processes available to him to delay & obstruct justice. Usually when his delay options run out, h we will settle the case before he's found guilty - just like he did with the fraud case for Trump University. Usually before it got to that point, his opponent would run out of money and the case would be dropped because the opponent could not proceed. Trump would claim he won and the 9roof was the case was dropped even though it was just a matter of he had more money than his opponent and was able to out wait the opponent.
