My aileron problem was that I just had them cheated down too far. To have them even with the trailing edge while in flight, I had to cheat them down better than one inch while static. I loosened up my preload pressure, and raised my a l'orange so they were only cheated down about half an inch. In level flight they are about a half an inch above the trailing edge, but I no longer have strong stick pressure and the strut cable only goes slightly slack.
