Yaaay, we're at the beginning again 🥳, good luck to everyone in new season. Thank you, Blackbox, for everything so far (big fan in last 2 seasons), because you provide useful information and make it interesting.
This is a bit of a late comment but what an outstanding section on the BPS changes for this season. Incredible work and light years ahead of any other FPL content creators.
Love the whole podcast. That said, i think the bonus point change impact will be minimal. For defenders, look for clean sheets and attacking returns as you always have. The BPS analysis is interesting but immaterial over a season compared with picking players who score goals, assist and keep clean sheets. Conclusion - don't worry about it
FPLBlackbox casually doing the best FPL content out there year after year..... Take the FF-fest concept on tour, guys.... FPL has a lot of players in Scandinavia, so an event in Copenhagen or Oslo would be fully booked for sure.
This thing about Salah losing his powerrs is not really true, if we look at actual stats Minutes Points MInutes Per Point 23-24 2531 - 211 = 11.99 22-23 3290 - 239 = 13.76 22-21 2758 - 265 = 10.40 21-20 3077 - 231 = 13.32 20-19 2879 - 233 = 12.35 19-18 3245 - 259 = 12.52 18-17 2905 - 303 = 9.58 Last season was his 3rd best season for minutes per Point, also it was definately his best creative season too. He creaetd I believe the most big chances in the entire league, but unfortunatly players around him couldn't finish. He's also going to have a full pre-season and looks in good condition Liverpool also have the best opening fixtures, I mean it's a no-brainer PS: you should rename your channel to FPL MurderBox with that colour scheme 🤣
Something people have got to consider with pickford and everton defenders is they give up a LOT of shots. Yes they don't have anyone who takes shots and wins fouls but the opposition may ruin their bps chances. Opposite for arsenal. Their players are largely ineffected because they give up so few chances and fouls. A city or arsenal keeper/defender is a must imo
