I am an ex Muslim. New convert to Catholicism. Most of the Muslims I know are non practicing or atheists. I was turned off by religion because of Islam until I found the truth, the way & the light. Praise be to God- I ❤ and believe in Jesus Christ. There is hope. Don’t give up. Keep spreading the Gospel. Evangelize. ❤ Father Calloway is correct the first story that peaked my interest in looking into Catholicism was the story of “Miracle of the Sun”, Our Lady of Fatima. I was going through rough time and a Catholic told me about it and said to just go to church and pray. Never before anyone suggested this to me. Please talk about your faith. Invite people and be welcoming without judgement. Love is the answer.
This is a wonderful testimony! Very powerful and moving! Thank You Lord Jesus for this persons conversion! Thank you dear friend for answering the divine call of the One True Lord God - Amen
You just gave yourself away with your lies. You wrote that whilst going through a rough time, a Catholic told you to go and pray and how no one had suggested this to you before. If you had been part of Islam, then you would have been offering up prayers and supplications to God through our the day as the Quran teaches to throw all your burdens on God. So, no, I do not believe you. You are lying just so you can put Islam down and no I am not a Muslim but I do call out bullshit when I see it.
@@cyclinggirl3212 My conversion story cannot be written in two paragraphs on RU-vid. I just shared briefly part of my faith journey. The holy spirit had been working on my for years. And no I do not believe in Islam nor will be praying to it - An eye for an eye will make the whole world blind. You don’t know me nor my journey will not be responding further. May God lighten your heart to see the light and love of Jesus Christ.
I’m an ex-Muslim, performed hajj twice and been two Mecca several times. Several years ago I came to Christ and I can tell you this for certainty that if the Blessed Mother appeared at the Kaa’ba, Muslims would fall at her feet in droves. Who can deny their own mother?
In the ḥadīth from Ibn Abī Najīh, from his father, from Ḥuwayṭab b. ʿAbd al-ʿUzzā and other than him, [it is narrated that]: when it was the day of Mecca’s conquest, the Messenger of God (s) entered the House of God [i.e. the Kaba] and commanded [that he be given] a garment. He made it wet with water and commanded that the images [inside the Kaba] be wiped out but he placed his hands on the image (ṣūrah) of Jesus and his mother and said: erase everything except for what is under my hands. Al-Azraqī narrated it.[1]
I've been praying for this for a while. Muslim and Hindu converts are some of the most fervent and devoted Catholics I've ever seen. Muslims are on fire, and were once the first Christians! Hindus use all that mystical energy and give it to Our Lord. I hope it spreads fast and wide and reinspires westerners.
Love the Blessed Mother! Never, ever let go of her guiding hand that will lead us to Jesus. Pray as never before - especially the Rosary (daily) for her intentions. Love her!
Just a matter of time until our brothers in Abraham come into the Catholic Church through the intercession of our blessed mother. I met an Arab lyft driver and he found out I paint icons of the blessed mother, and he said “our women dress like the Mary and the women you paint in your icons.” He’s not wrong. Our Lady’s heart will triumph over the Arab world and these beautiful souls. Can’t wait!
@@kevinkane9446 Kevin she can *help* and that's why Catholics ask her HELP. It isn't idolatry to ask for help. Mary was chosen to be the mother of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Do you think that means nothing?? Come on man!!!
@@Denis.Collins It would certainly be considered idolatry to bow down before statues of Mary and kiss her feet, have Saturday services and feast days for her, have these ridiculous processions for Mary and parade these statues all around, claim she was assumed into heaven, that she is a mediatrix, a benefactress, an advocate, that she is omnipresent or omnipotent and can hear the prayers or requests of millions of people at the same time, that we should devote and consecrate ourselves to her, repeat 50 hail Mary's a day, claim she is Holy putting her on the same level as God or claiming that she can somehow help us now or at the hour of our death. This is all attributing divinity to Mary and making an idol out of her.
@@kevinkane9446your the one guilty of self idolatry because you make the ultimate decision which is from the evil one. Now leave your man made protestant CULT.
I believe it will happen. When Mary appeared in Mexico, she gave herself the name, in Aztec, "She who treds on snakes." which sounded to the Spanish like "Guadalupe." The snake represented Quetzalcoatl to the Aztec. She converted 6 to 10 million Aztecs and became the mother of the Mexican people, who are a mix of native American and Spanish. Since her apparition to John, written about in Revelation 12, Mary has been portrayed as standing on the moon, not coincidentally representing Islam. Many of her recent Apparitions, from Fatima, to Zetuin to Medjugorje deeply involve Muslims. Mary will convert Islam in the same manner she converted the Aztecs. The Aztecs replaced the ten million who abandoned the church during the "Reformation," and the Muslim converts will replace the hundreds of millions lost to the current great apostasy currently going on in Europe and around the world. UPDATE: I see Fr Calloway and I are on the same page. I wrote this before watching the video and he said exactly what I wrote. I guess we drink from the same well.
Well, many of us who know about the Virgen de Guadalupe (at least 130 millions in Mexico like myself) also thought the same as you did before listening to Father Calloway. It's really not that surprising 😊.
I also always wondered why Mary stood ontop of a moon symbol. Now I know I’m not the only one wondering it. Let us pray the Jesus to allow his mother to do such a miracle.
I good idea. Dear Father, I will pray for this intention. I pray for the conversion of Muslims, non-believers, and everybody. But Father, what you just said is great. I will pray for Mama Mary to appear at Mecca.
I have been praying for years for all the muslims in Europe to convert to Catholicism, so that they can build in their homelands new shining catholic civilizations....
i totally support this message , we need to speak boldly in these times. It was bold speech that woke me up to the truth of the Catholic Church and made me return to Her in repentance (i was an Anglican) And i humbly ask for you all , my brothers and sisters to say a quick prayer that my family may also join me on this path (ive made inroads and put to bed many of their misconceptions ect but they still wont come to Mass with me)
I saw her 3 times today! In the sky as a cloud. I had prayed for a sign before praying the rosary. I was troubled about a past sin, I had told the Holy Spirit off. I was worried I had committed the unforgivable sin. After praying the rosary I was laying in my bed looking out the window and plain as day I saw a cloud in the shape of the blessed virgin marry. I was like no way, it floated away. Another cloud appeared a few moments later, exactly same beautiful face. This happened 3 times total! I am so happy for this sign from heaven! God bless everyone!!!
If you think you have sins on your soul dear brother I suggest you go to confession and seek proper forgiveness. While its lovely to see signs in the sky and iv no doubt what you saw brought peace but it is better to properly clear your conscience through the sacrament of reconciliation with a priest. God bless you.
@@georgebrown-xk9mtthat is great praise God. I go to confession at the very least twice a year at Easter and Christmas and several times in between.we never know when the Lord will call us home so we must be ever spiritually ready. The sacrament of reconciliation is such a gift from God he never gets tired of us returning for his forgiveness and trusting in his mercy- Jesus I trust in you ❤
@@jpd4676 Do you believe in the Lord and yes she too did till her last breath. You still have to keep running the race but she completed it and is now in heaven . Who knows you may or may not complete it.
@@simonslater9024 Funny how it has and I'm evidence since I don't believe your garbage at all. "hat prayer hasn’t failed at all so don’t be a clever know it all."
No, everyone who lies will have their part in the lake of fire of hell. Stop lying Catholics and it only takes one lie to end up there and RCC tells many lies.
Not so! As a Catholic myself, I can confidently state that that is NOT what the Catholic Church teaches. We, as Catholics, believe that, if through no fault of their own, someone doesn't have all the Truths of the Church or even doesn't know about the True God, they can still be saved. Please, it's SO important in this world to know the ACTUAL teachings of the Catholic Church so as to properly share our True Faith for the salvation of others. Please, actually learn and study what the Church says before you spread too much misinformation about the Faith.🙏🙏 And God bless!❤
@@ThisCatholic_Girl Woah just chill, i guess he mean anyone can get to heaven but then they would be going through purgatory, after that they would be in Fullness of Truth, and that is basically called Catholic. For this reason even Moses is Catholic, because being catholic means that. Again I am not telling only Catholic can enter heaven, which the Church never teaches. God bless!!
@@ThisCatholic_Girl I didn't explain this very well , what I meant was everyone who God welcomes into heaven will see the incontestable truth of the Catholic faith and will become Catholic out of choice and to be with the One true God . God bless you too
Rumors have it that Jesus is being seen by Islamists at Mecca already. The pilgrims there are instantly transformed into Christ followers without the need of Marian apparitions.
@@jpd4676 Mary is not dead asleep in a grave. Mary assumed body and soul into Heaven. That's why we have the feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on 15th August ❤
@@AvaD8187, excuse me, sorry to interrupt your conversation but my second oldest daughter Julia also has her birthday on August 15th. And my youngest daughter Isabella accidentally called JFK “John-John” on that same day too.
I don't know where and why but I wrote the other days that I like muslims in my country, very good men, always ready to help,to show mercy,to make Peace, never get angry, respectful, ready to forgive or ask forgiveness,no problem,Humble, ready to make a joke ...very Nice of them..we as Christians are supposed to be that Way for the Love and Respect and Glory of Jesus Christ 💖💖🎉🎉
Most Holy Virgin, who has deigned to come to Fatima to reveal to the three little shepherds the treasures of graces hidden in the recitation of the Rosary, inspire our hearts with a sincere love of this devotion, so that by meditating on the mysteries of our redemption that are recalled in it, we may gather the fruits and obtain the conversion of Muslims to the Catholic Faith, which I ask of you in this novena, for the greater glory of God, for your own honor, and for the good of all people. Amen.
I was praying that there would be an Our Lady of Mecca about a decade ago. I admit that I haven’t kept up that intention for a while, but I do remember it at times. It seems like the most effective way to bring conversion of those with the strongest faith while they are on pilgrimage.
The Most Holy Theotokos appeared all over thecarabic muslim countries: Lebanon - Harissa, Egypt Zeitoun, Warraq, ....in Iraq....some say that many in Saudia have dreams and visions
EXACTLY! EXACTLY! EXACTLY! Amen Amen ~ Fatima ~ Muslim connection to Our Lady. They're already so so so close. Just a little nudge...they're already so devout and understand sacrifice. pray throughout the day, accept their suffering with equanimity...it's so obvious that with a little nudge of muslims, there would be a natural outpouring of masses converting, fulfilling the mission of Christ! ❤
one thing you can get from Islam is they pray 5-7x q day. How can we do it: 1.) Pray 4 mysteries of Rosary daily 2.) Pray the Divine Mercy chaplet every 3-4pm daily. **now that is 5x daily prayer life for Catholics.
I'd like for Mary to appear to Protestants in the American Bible belt in the hope for a mass conversion to Catholicism, or at the very least, to overcome their doubts or fears of venerating Mary as the Mother Of God & the Mother of all Christians.
venerating her is not necessary, Pray and worship God and his son Christ for his will is executed around the world but learn and honor the saints including Mother Mary
We don't worship Mary but we can certainly honour her. After all she was the new Eve who gave her perfect yes to God. Her virginal womb was the first tabernacle of our Lord Jesus Christ. She was the first intercession at the wedding feast of Cana for Jesus to perform his first miracle. If we find faith difficult to grasp we can come to Jesus through Mary who always points to her Son. She is the Queen of Heaven
@@CatholicCrusader__30 in the Annunciation when the Angel Gabriel comes as a messenger from God he says Rejoice so highly favoured the Lord is with you. This message and honour is from God himself calling Mary highly favoured and full of grace. Then Gabriel said God has found favour with you, God is also honouring Mary here. Elizabeth when she met Mary, the child to be John the Baptist leapt in her womb and said you are the most blessed among women and blessed is the fruit of your womb(Jesus) This understanding from Elizabeth came from the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Also Mary herself said all generations shall call me Blessed in her magnificat. This can be read in Luke 1:26-48. Mary gave birth to the incarnate Word and the Word was God and the Word is God. Jesus also honoured his mother by the commandments because when he was missing as a child for 3 days in Jerusalem and they found him in the temple he returned home and was subject to his parents so Jesus Honoured his mother. When Jesus hung on the cross He did not abandon Mary he told John behold your mother, this was making Mary our mother too. Mary is held in high esteem in the eyes of God so we can honour her too. So Mary in complete union with the trinity wit absolutely and undoubtedly help us on our journey in faith. She is the mediatrix ❤😊
@@CatholicCrusader__30 luke 1:28-48 is full of honouring Mary. God the Father honours Mary through His messenger Gabriel by saying Hail full of grace, the Lord is with you and also said God has seen favour with you. God is holding Mary in very high esteem as he asks her to be mother of his Son. Note he asks her! It's her will to choose, she is in perfect union with God's will and says yes. Her cousin Elizabeth by the Holy Spirit recognised Mary as Blessed are you amongst women and blessed is the fruit of your womb while John the Baptist in Elizabeth's womb leaps in recognition of the Saviour in Mary's womb. Mary herself in the magnificat says my soul glorifies the Lord and my Spirit rejoices in God my Saviour...so she is in perfect harmony with God she also says all generations shall call me Blessed. She gives birth to the Word and the Word is God. Only someone who is truly sinless and worthy could carry the Son of God this is a huge honour bestowed on Mary by God. Jesus honoured his mother in many occasions in the bible eg when he was found in the temple as a child going about his Father's business, he went home with her and spent the rest of his unseen life subject to Mary and Joseph. Through Mary interceding for the couple at the wedding feast of Cana Jesus though not ready to start his ministry does not refuse his mother and performs his first miracle at her request! Jesus also as he hung on the Cross did not forget his mother and entrusted her to John saying this is your Mother... this is giving Mary to all of us as Mother. Mary the new Eve lived in total unity with God and continues to intercede for us children to the Father and Son. She being the first living tabernacle always points towords Jesus and will always lead us to Jesus in faith because she is the epitome of faith. When we receive communion we become a living tabernacle too...how beautiful if we only realised it. If we find it difficult to believe in Jesus's true presence we can ask Mary to help our unbelief since she is his Mother Queen of Heaven. God chose her to be sinless and perfect to carry His Son. She gave a perfect yes to God and assumed body and soul into heaven. Of course she will lead us in faith to her Son.. why wouldn't she? ❤
I pray people see the truth as well however, from what I have seen most people do not change their beliefs (religious, political, etc.) by getting new information but by having an experience or human-to-human connection.
Hello, God? I know you are all-knowing and all-powerful, but I (a humble human) am going to pray to you so you'll know what you need to do. You're welcome.
