Fr. Ricardo Ramirez’s Discernment Journey || Vocare 

Fr. Ricardo Ramirez comes from a family with a strong tradition of priesthood, being the fifth priest in his family's lineage. He grew up very close to the altar and the Holy Eucharist, and so the desire to become a priest was in him since his early childhood. However, as he went through his formative years, attending public school and being around non-practicing Catholic friends, he backed away from the call and wanted to pursue other things. He shares his story of how God relentlessly pursued him, ultimately leading him to say "yes" to his vocation.
