I feel like a hipster saying this, but this is such an underrated genre. It's beautiful, merging the popular yet underground beats of dubstep with a whole new, sort of post-modern melodic pop. It sounds awesome, and should not be so obscure.

Couldn't agree more, yet even seven years later it still went by unseen by the masses. Normally I'd say whatever but the only thing that pains me out of this is I don't have anyone to connect with that enjoys this sort of music in 2022. I feel like the comment sections are way in the past and it's difficult making friends who share my music taste.

+Stick nope. if this was the case then when someone watches the 2 bad videos i have uploaded then there would be an ad and i would make some kind of money. this is not the case. RU-vid works kind of on a trickle down system. while there are ads, when one is watched then RU-vid the corporation gets the money for showing them. RU-vid then in turn takes that money and forwards SOME of it to their users and major up-loaders.

i've been subscribe to this channel for years, i keep coming back to listen to old mixes and i'm still surprised how the channel hasn't reacha 1M subs at the least, in my opinion this channels deserves at least 2.5M as a bare minimum for providing this quality mixes, such nice tunes to play while studying, this channel, blackmill, mellowvibes and fludified accompanied me through many long nights while going through medschool fomr 2012 to 2017 and up to this day. Hope you never stop uploading content whoever is behind this great channel.

+Maddy :x While I adore this music I understand why people downvote. Typically it's because a friend said "Check this out!" it didn't suit their tastes, and they downvote. Ik a lot of people prefer the harshness of normal dubstep and come to chillstep disappointed. It's just a preference I suppose

Chillstep is probably my favorite modern music genre. I don't care much if yo anaconda dont want none unless i got buns, or that you know i love you, or that chains and whips excite you. I'm good with this, classic rock, and just about anything before 1970.

Again, Arctic, you have done a wonderful job. I love and support you. Keep up the amazing work, I can't say enough how much I love your compositions. By listening to this music and looking at the background, I started crying, lightly, in my own guy way, from being overpowered by the sheer beauty of the music.
