I don't understand why people get so upset when fragrances are compared to BR540 lol. It's an iconic scent at this point and they need to be more upset at these brands all trying to get a piece of that Baccarat DNA in their fragrances than getting annoyed with people for simply pointing it out 😂 I'm gonna have to revisit Overture Woman because my first impression was that the leather was overwhelming. But maybe my nose feels different about it these days haha. Great video, Ayesha!

I'm always happy when I see Grand Soir included - it's my favourite MFK. I aslo love Gourmand Coquin, that, and Chypre Fatal from the same Elixir Charnel collection are great autumn choices. I'll also be wearing Ambre Nuit and Patchouli Imperiale by Dior. And, one that you recently put me on to, Choco Violet Mancera - I can't wait to wear it😀

I personally don’t get a BR540 correlation with Bond no 9’s Greenwich Village and Tribeca; their other notes scream at me more in the best way possible lol. BUT I completely understand when people mention Baccarat in comparison to fragrances, because my good man MFK really pioneered a profile that didn’t exist before. It’s hard to explain like you said but when you smell some semblance, you know 😅 it’s like houses/perfumers and even himself for other houses build with other notes on that foundation, which we can always pick up.

I unfortunately do not have weather specific fragrances. I wear what I feel like that day. I’m learning as I listen and my fragrance tray is growing.

Thank you! Definitely going to try to get at least 5 of these in decants. I also purchased Maison Margiela Matcha some mo that back and I absolutely hate it 😒 I guess Matcha isn't a scent for me. Definitely don't get the fresh fruit and citrus scent on this one..

Hello lovely! Some great fall spicy choices you have here. Still pretty hot here in Ohio. I do not have any except Tribeca which is really nice. Tobacco fragrances are hit or miss for me because many I have tried lean a wee bit masculine for my taste. But I do have one or two tobacco scents that I enjoy and will pull out this winter.

HI Ayesha! I heard The Perfume Guy say he didn't like Ebene Fume, because he felt it was a watered down and more expensive version of Sahara Noir, which has been discontinued. Do you have this scent or can you comment on that? Also, here in The Netherlands Bond no. 9 isn't that known just yet. Maybe you could do a line up video on this house, so I know which ones I might like. They are extremely expensive over here and I can't get samples unfortunately.

Naxos just because I feel like it is a safe blind buy (smell & price). Also Naxos is easier to wear than Overture. If you get a chance to smell them both, go for the one that you love more!
