This was another fantastic video - way too much fun!! I just cannot accept that Tobacco Vanille, Hypnotic, and Ani rank higher than Spiriteuse Double Vanille! Ha ha! 😂 The other three are lovely - no doubt - but I feel TV is a little too heavy on the clove, and Ani is slightly too spicy, too - although I realize others absolutely adore it. Hypnotic Poison is fantastic, but better than SDV?! No way in the world! Ha ha! I'm sure everyone has strong feelings for their favorites! ❤️ It was fun hearing your thoughts, Mindy! you enunciate words so well and speak so clearly! i got a sample of Eau Duelle from Nordstrom and it’s incredible. i didn’t think i’d like it at all from the notes (i don’t like spice or pink pepper) but oh my god it’s divine. from this list, i adore La Belle and Lira! i also had a full bottle of Orchidee Vanille and decluttered it. there are better vanilla’s and for chocolate, i do prefer Chocolate Greedy.
Ahhhhh so many beautiful vanillas… ❤️I’m drawn still toward the MG’s , the JPG La Bells and MFK Princess of course! There are so many more that are yummy!
I have really been enjoying your content, we have very similar tastes so your opinions definitely help me decide what to sample next! Do you have a favorite site or sites that you order samples/decants from? I find that there isn't really one site that has everything that I'm looking for and I end up having to order from several places.

I find myself looking on ScentSplit, Lucky Scent, fragrancesline, Twisted Lily, ZGO Perfumery…but it can be tough getting everything you want from one place. I also like to order from Lisa Rickets from the Facebook fragrance groups, and I know there are some others that decant, too! If you ever come across a place that seems to have it all, please let me know! 😊🤗

@@gourmindy6449 hi! I saw you talked about grand soir, Duas inspired fragrance is called Crater and it is fantastic. Vanille De Havana just came out - inspired by Les Indemodables Vanille. I bought for my guy and I think it will be awesome. One I just received yesterday that is new and I am in love with it is Vanille De Madagascar inspired by Vaniglia Del Madagascar ❤️. Another I love is Myrrnilla Delight inspired by Jo Malone’s Myrrh and Tonka. If you love Angelshare they have an excellent dupe called Angelic Elixir. Mrs Sunshine is a dupe for Amouage Sunshine for Women. It was totally blind buy and I love it. They have a fantastic bespoke Vanilla called Alexandra Short. Absolutely beautiful. I love their dupe for Spiritusse Double Vanille called Vanille Overload. I have never smelled the original but many say the down is identical. I know they are currently working on a dupe for the Tahota Vanilla that is so popular. Oh another very gourmand vanilla dupe recently released is Accidental Vanilla inspired by Accident A La Vanille. They are definitely catering to gourmand and vanilla lovers lately. My pocket book is hurting 😂
I have so many great vanilla’s but something was always missing until I put on Cuir Beluga and it was magic, has my search ended, perhaps🧐😀 Who am I kidding I want to smell them all!
This is so good to know! I have smelled it, once, but it was in Saks (I think), and I had been experiencing olfactory fatigue by that point!! I do remember having it on my wrist and sniffing over and over again! Sounds like I need to revisit it! Thank you for sharing! 🤗
I remember when Cologne of the Missions was sold at Ulta for about $16 a bottle. Still kicking myself for not getting it. I did get a big bottle of Cologne of Love.

LOL. I just realised I own 9 out of the top 10 in that ranked list. The only one I do not have is TF Tobacco Vanille (top notes are gorgeous, dry down turns into a horrendous stale baby powder mess on me).
I’d love to explore them more - do you have scents you recommend from them? I’ve touched on Vanille Coco before - looking in my notes I found it smooth, creamy, beautifully blended…like a luxury lotion. But I have in my notes it felt incomplete. Please tell me what to check out from them, and I’ll look into testing! 😊
@@gourmindy6449 Yes, I tried the Vanille Extreme, Vanille Coco and Vanille Apricot. They're all super creamy and smooth but do lack depth but are affordable options for a lovely vanilla fragrance.
I have never tried the EDP, sadly! They didn’t have it when I bought the EDT. Reading reviews made me think I made the right choice (for me), but I don’t know for sure! If I can get my hands on a sample, I’ll share my thoughts on how they compare! 😊
Love by Kilian is really nice, but for the price, the performance isn't what it should be. It was a blind buy for me. That being said, I probably still would have bought it, lol. The bottle is 🔥😍 Feve Delicieuse is my unattainable unicorn. I have a travel spray I'm afraid to finish. It's the most comforting fragrance in my entire collection. You've lost all credibility with me. Lol, jk!

@@gourmindy6449 I'm not sure if it's discontinued but I watched a video by the Perfume Guy a while back and there was a rumour that it was being discontinued. At the time it was being pulled from stores and only available online. Here in Canada I can't even find it online. When I use it I'll just spray one spray on my wrist at night and enjoy it until fall asleep, lol. I'm afraid to run out. I think I fell in love on my second wearing. That being said, seems like people either love it or they don't. I'd definitely say it's worth another sniff if you can get your hands on a decant!
