After nearly ten years of uninterrupted spinning and twirling i finally managed to shoot a little solo video of myself. Big thanks to Mcp, Valerie, Josh, Gora, Rob, Kasmir, Niko, Tibor, Markus and all the other dragons for the great coaching and inspiration.

In Germany this Staff is called "Troll" :) And I never have seen someone act like this with a Troll o.O love it! :D

Have you practiced dragonstaff for ten years, or have you just practiced spinning in general for ten years? That's probably smoothest flow I have ever seen with the dragon.
