I've driven this loads of times. It's never busy, and a really easy but dull drive. Sées is a nice town to stop in for lunch. Massive cathedral for such a small town. I'm not really one for such things but it's hard not to be impressed.
I miss driving in Europe. So much better driving experience than in Australia. Much nicer and safer roads and motorways, and drivers are mostly respectable and know what they are doing. In Australia its wild wild west.
Once you'd done that drive along the A88 did you carry on towards driving the two-thirds of the Le Mans 24-hour circuit that are various public roads for the rest of the year ? I hope you did because that's a wonderful drive at any time along the Mulsanne Straight and then through the Indianapolis & Arnage sections but especially in either twilight or at night-time when the extra cats-eyes for the racing drivers are in full effect.
