They turned off the electricity and water to the French embassy a week or two ago. By now it would be too difficult for him to stay there, but he hasn’t come out yet. So either he has a very powerful generator and a lot of non perishable food stored up or there might even be a secret tunnel connecting the French embassy to the United States facilities that are very close by. This is just me speculating, but I would not be surprised if this were true.
