This final is HYPE! Team France: Rickyo HakimEX Wawa Dooms Cuongster Team Morocco: Ultrayox Piccolo Kenpachi Frionel Tom Sawyer Commentary by Gunsmith from orochinagi.com
I can already imagine the conversations Wawa's gonna have at school... - "I beat the 3rd gym leader in Pokemon Black 2! It was so hard!" - "LOL Im a world champion in KOF XIII."
It's hard to believe that Wawa would end up winning the Red Bull DBFZ World Tour in Japan. I didn't even know he competed when he was SO YOUNG in KOF XIII, my lord!
Shit! I remember watching this when it happened, and then completely forgot about Wawa for 7 years. He comes back in DBFZ and I'm like "Where did this kid come from!?" This gets recommended to me because I've been going down a KOFXIII rabbit hole the last week, and now it's all coming together.
if only more kids actually know this game, it's way too hard for some adults but with intense practice then certain a child could become really fluent at executing combos, similar to like playing a piano i think
Well yeah, if you create a game that has harder execution than all other fighting games, you cannot translate learned skills. This is not a good thing mind you. It automatically makes the game less popular because it feels so foreign.
@@pkrockin3923 Clearly not all fighting games are the same - most intentionally go out of their way to avoid not only the motion complexity of SNK titles, but the tightness requirements for their motion controls. A grand total of zero other fighting game franchises have a similar barrier of entry, most of which are vastly more popular partially for this reason alone. Clearly fighting games ARE for me: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OhpV0KeDxuE.html That's just one example of a video I made over the many years I've been alive. Go work on your trolling skills and come back - I see some potential and you just need some practice in the trolling lab. Polish those insult attempts before you try a runback.
Wawa is awesome and all the hype is justified. Now imagine how hype ppl were when Xiahai was wrecking everyone in the arcades in KOF 97 and 98 when he was like 7 or 8 years old? Wawa is on track to be as dominant as him in the future.
Ese chaval tiene madera, el mejor de todos los de la competición, y estamos hablando de uno de los juegos de lucha más difíciles que hay. Brutal el chaval
No, what he has is beyond the game...he understands the feelings and emotions that are running through the minds of the players in many situations, feelings like fear, desperation, nervousness, etc. He knows when people want to jump, turtle, rush in, etc. It's very rare for someone at this age to have such a good grasp of the human mind and people's tendencies in different situations. This is why I always say, being truly good at fighters shows a lot about someone in real life.
The fact that he IS playing this game instead of, say, SF4 or UMvC3, is paramount to the respect this kid deserves - not to mention he took out two grown men who are seasoned veterans. Wawa, Vive le vos awesome!
Man I just started playing this game (my 1st fighting game ever btw) and I'm having trouble pulling off a 3 hit combo consistenly, I mainly have trouble with the motion directions cuz I easily mess em up especially for the dragon punch.
Wawa !!!! Just Wow ! This is the future. No, no ! You are the future ! I don t know if Kenpachi didn t take u seriously but the results are in the house !!! Congratulations kido !!!
I really hope we can see Wawa play here at next EVO :3 kof rocks...reminds me of most of us kids in Mexico xD going to the arcades with our friends to play Kof
the kid lost when someone actually had the brains to counter his hyper aggressive style, props to Tom Sawyer.. but even more props to Dooms lol. but yeah the kid is good. I hope he watched Dooms' Iori tear through Tom's Robert lol it'd be a good mentor/student moment
The kid goes head on aggressively. He's got a few combos figured out but i believe against a real professional player he doesn't stand a chance. A counter style (i would go for Maxima) would have caused him great pain.
This kid has learned way more than Noah and Winrich. This kid isn't a joke. I hope he gets sponsored and gets to play overseas. Mad talent this kid has.
This kid is seriously very good, he has excellent control of his characters. He loves controlling the air with high priority jump attacks, he should play Mr. Karate.
