I really wish the show doesn't get green light after season four n gets cancelled that would be best than watching fran as queer no hate to anyone but I'm hating the idea of change actual book people like jess brownell need to get slap on there face to understand not to mess with fan favourite books

I don’t understand why people hate micheala so much, it’s a fictional (not real) story . People are acting like this is based off of true important events in history.

Am I the only one that is getting a GOT D and D vibe. Such that the new showrunner will veer so far from the book content as to destroy Francesca's storyline. The reaction that Fran has to Michaela at the end totally undermines the book plot of Francesca and John's very deep love and Michael having love at first sight for Fran but respecting the depth of the love of J+F. It seems like the show wants to apply Fran's plot line to Violet and not explore the infertility theme that is so important in Fran's. So what are they going to do? Suggest that Fran has the same lackluster response to John physically as the kiss? Then have Fran and Michaela plot and kill John , so that they can be together? That may sound off the rails, but given the clues left for season 4, perhaps not so much. Since having a Bridgerton be a murderer would definitely shake things up and that seems to be the point of S3. sensation!

Hi there! Im a fellow book reader/ adaptation hater lol. Although I didnt specifically read the whole bridgerton book series (i have the first 4) I waited sooo long for a girl×girl couple on the show.. but they kept only showing men exploring their sexualities. Which is awsome! But the only women kissing were whores... My point is i loved francesca this season (and i hated the whole season lol, they somehow ruined polin for me) so much that this moment was the highlight of the season. Im not super happy about it because i liked the slow burn, not super crazy passionate love story line, but i NEEDED a gay woman in the series. Didn't expect the main girls to be one so i was super happy! I maybe this might upset you but the shows always make a lot of changes, sometimes for good and sometimes for bad. I also heard cressida might be with benedict which is the worst thing i have ever heard. (Look up her mother's name 😭)

Good from your point of view. However, Infertility was a serious issue for women in that time frame and should be explored.

@@rodeanabean4019 i totally agree. But who said it wouldn't be explored? Also yes it is good in my point of view and many others too. As a woman who is attracted to women im seen as a "fetish" or as if im doing it to attract men. Ive been asked out by many man who dismissed my sexuality, and even my family told me "its ok if its a phase, as long as you marry a man. You have to be attracted to men." I had to come out 5 times and im still not respected to this day. So yes its good in my point of view because im sick of seeing women×women as purely a sexual thing as if it only comes from promiscuity. Even ont the show itself it was only ever shown as a fetish for men. So please go on about how much more important of a topic as infertility is even though it wasnt ruled out from the show and you dont know whats coming next in the future :)
