He is 100% from Cameroon. The thing is that in many western and central African states French is official language/lingua franca, therefore he had to learn it from the very young age. Then he used the opportunity (like many africans) to relocate to France, because living there offers so much more opportunities and actually you might make it in the life, whereas in Cameroon people live in quite poor conditions.
I dont like all the promotion Ngannou is getting. Its as if he is already the Heavyweight champ. Show some respect! Stipe is the baddest man on the planet, he should be promoted and paid accordingly.
