Моя собачка, чихуахуа, ревнует меня к Корелли. Перпживает и печалится. А я не могу не слушать. Сейчас он спит, а я наслаждаюсь. Может собачка не услышит. Божественный голос. Спасибо
Rise Stevens tells the story that in movies they told her NOT to sing along because songing distort her face. They wanted her to look beautiful at all times. I have films from 10 or 15 years before Rise's movies with Lawrence Tibbet, but he appears to be singing live in real time.
Sullivan was live. There are other opera films of that time that were lip synced -including a bunch of Corelli's. Does any lip syncing ever work?-not to mention singing
@@jefolson6989 Agreed. I heard the baritone Lucas Meacham on one of his RU-vid offerings say he had done some opera film where it was recorded first (That's pretty much disappeared) and he found the lip sync so hard to synchronize that he just sang while he was being filmed.
