Der Nachsänger war strategisch sehr gut platziert, Corelli blickte öfters in seine Richtung! Ein Freund, der sich Autograme abholte, erzählte Corelli hatte ihm nach dem Konzert die Störung verziehen! Im Gegen teil, er schmunzelte über den kleinen Möchtegern Caruso! Ein großer Sänger, eine große Persönlichkeit!

While late career this is a wonderful performance. He seems to be experimenting with slight modifications to his vocal production. In particular some of the higher notes has been moved to the head voice rather than pushed from the chest. He accomplishes this quite smoothly and sweetly in tone. I’m sure a lot of work went into this alteration and this provides for proof, if any were needed, that he was a serious student of voice as well as being blessed by an extraordinary natural vocal physical endowment..

You can see he is moving into the difficult final years of his career. Notice how he wraps his arms around himself before the first high note. This is always a sign that a singer feels insecure about support. You can see it in Callas clips. And by his standards both top notes are quite short. A great, great singer, who ended his career with dignity relatively early.
@@MOV1983 Indeed. I think people sometimes feel cheated that he left the stage when he did, but they forget he was 40 at his Met debut. It took a decade for him to achieve the sound he wanted. Many think 1964 was his greatest year.
In verità non è proprio così e ti spiego il perché, così magari diventa più facile per te. Allora. Corelli come Mario non blocca la laringe mentre canta. Semplicemente la laringe essendo allenata negli esercizi vocali a stare giù, acquisisce una flessibilità maggiore e con lo spazio dato trovando la gola aperta, la laringe anche se si muove, mantiene i suoni aperti e alti senza chiuderli. Quando vedi che si blocca, non è altro che, fiato, spazio e corretta posizione della mandibola da Fa / Sol in su. Ovvio che ci sono esercizi particolari e speciali per ottenere questo è vanno fatti con molta precisione e insistenza. Un saluto
