It's so nice to see Frank in such great shape for a man in his 60s. It's also so good to see him laughing again. Promoting awareness and help for people struggling with mental health is an honourable thing to do. Keep well man.
Nah...Not really. There are a ton of beautiful places left in England and i'm not just talking the Cotswolds. I worked in House Removals for 5 years up until last year and been the length and breadth of the realm x 20...There are a huge amount of really pleasant, quaint, quiet, scenic, English (in terms of country gardens and all that), places out there. As a kid from the East end of London I used to go camping in Cornwall every summer...Cornwall (as an example) is STILL a beauty. What i will say in agreement is...Yeah, i was there in late 80s and through the 90's from Punk Rock to Drum n bass, i was locked in. Hiking across the woodlands and forests of England, I was game and still am...Was heavily into boxing back then (too much money involved now)...We are in an age of 'information overload' it's all meaningless information these days and too much of it, everyone is scrolling scrolling scrolling empty scrolling...The days you're talking of we were engaged with our immediate environment and that's what real life is about, direct experience with your immediate environment....But, how many people (including those who lived through the 90's), can put down their phones for 10 minutes? We've lost connection with eachother because of the medium i'm using to talk to you...Now life is digital...And that ain't living
@@garyboynton4654 And on that note, watched a few videos the other day on abandoned villages in Greece and Italy and a part of Canada that'll PAY you to live there. Sure when it comes to the Greek and Italian villages you'll have to invest in doing up the property and you'll still need income, but they are scenic, idyllic and still going for dirt cheap They always bang on about immigration and illegal immigration but they never mention the brits who've been jumping ship and settling abroad since forever...Saw an Saxon couple who bought a farm in Bulgaria for pittance...They seem happy...Australia is full of brits who've settled there. I love England but the earth as a whole is still a beautiful place once you give the doom and gloom a break...We go where our focus takes us

That has to be the best interview I have ever seen. Nigel is so respectful in the way he asks questions, just like having a chat with a mate. And Frank Bruno is just Frank Bruno. A lovely man. Always made me laugh.
You can't help but love Bruno. A big man, tough bloke, open about his issues and helping others. A life of entertaining others while battling inner demons (tears of a clown?), completely selfless. Superstar ✊
I absolutely love Frank Bruno... he gave me a signed photo of himself once. Met him in the street while I was wearing a blue uniform... he was wearing his electric blue suit ....a fantastic man, he is a true Brit. like so many descendants of the Windrush.... and we would not change him for anything. It’s strange isn’t it ? Most Brits favoured Frank over Lennox Lewis when they fought, and Bruno’s team stated that Frank was the only ‘true Brit’ in their fight ( being that Lewis represented Canada in the Olympic’s) Bruno lost that fight and Lewis went on to achieve greater things and fought mainly in the USA, but he was never embraced by the British public in the same way that Frank was.
Some say we're a racist country but they don't understand that millions of us from every corner of Britain have cheered and cried in equal measure for Frank. What a man and what a story. Lovely to see him looking so well.
Please award him a knighthood for being a gentle soul, kind hearted and so generous with his time for others. His recognition of mental health and his promotion to 'heal' should be rewarded. Love you Frank Bruno. XX
