why not waste hundreds of millions just to use it for a sum of half a century then destroy it when we have houses still in use from the 1800's

@tarantulaclan5025 They've built a new arena (Moody Center) for the Longhorns, so this makes the Erwin Center obsolete now. But it's enjoyed a great run for a long time.
