Hi Frank, just a mention on dumplings. Put little oil in the pan, 200ml (or more or less, depends on quantity) of water, add dumplings. Steam under the lid on medium until water evaporates and the oil will take over the job making your dumplings crispy on the bottom and steam on top. Enjoy it! Love your videos. Thanks for sharing.
The hot one will raise your eyebrowse. Soya sauce will go well. I love to try them out next week when I go into Aldi. Soya sauce or sweet soya sauce which I have in my cupboard. Should go well and with rice or pasta.
