I actually respect people that decide not to test themselves when it comes to their marriage. The test isnt beneficial and if youre around crappy friends theyll push on you constantly. If you have a problem in your marriage that is very fixable, problem friends will make it seem like a mountain youll die on and do their best to make you worse. Its like giving a guy with alcoholic parents, crap for not drinking. The guy knows that road is too dangerous to test
I think it's more along the lines of people who are proud of being faithful to their wife, but no women really want them anyways. Unless you have women chasing after you and the opportunity to be unfaithful and not be caught, then you haven't really proven that you have that quality.
Everyone is tested and everyone is tempted, no one escapes the battle. Cushy life or not trouble will find you. The people who are able to resist, by the grace of God, are to be respected. It's silly to think that just because you have good parents and don't pick fights in Mexican bars, you somehow escape all trials in life.
