I think this is such a beautiful way to deal with grief, both Frank and Wim Hof had great losses in their life's. Hof's way of learning to love himself with what he lost, made him the man he is today and I'm sure frank will recover from the grief of his brothers lost. May he rest in power.

You still feel the pain in his voice when he talks about his wife, I can relate.

I heard "come on world, You can't go" on a bus back home in new years day. That day I choose coming home to a empty house instead of spending new years eve with my sister and her husband's family. I cried the whole bus ride thru and the entire night. I swear 2022 was going to be better. Now, I'm performing my music live after 5 years of not doing it, getting a band together with dates planned for 2023 and teaching guitar and songwritting. I have many goals in mind, but these will do for this 2022. I know it's my process, but I can't help thinking about Frank's song and this interview in my healing journey. I hope we all have an even better 2023. Lots of love for everyone :)

Was 3 months strong into daily cold showers and feeling so good mentally. I stopped about 3 weeks ago for no reason. I just wanted to be comfortable in my morning shower.. Talked myself out of staying committed. Going to make it my goal to start up daily cold showers again and at least make it to 2023.
