I don't know why but this scene(s) was really powerful. When Frank is giving him the advice you see the kids face and you realize 'this shit is real, hes going down for murder 1'

Braugher did a fantastic job playing the part of Det Edgerton (the real detective in the book "Homicide", who inspired Frank's character).

This is one of the greatest television ever aired.

3:51-3:58 is magnificent acting. Frank shoots a look up toward to sky - a glance aimed at God reminding him of the never-ending, inexhaustable cycle of violence the world's been handed. He remains silent, almost as if he knows protesting is futile. Simply an amazing sequence. I love this show.

this scene left a mark that I have never forgotten. its one of those scenes that stuck.
