if u actually think about it, he still gets countered by throwers, long range brawlers even the stuns if there is a dyna with that gadget he will destroy u its a big buff yes but its not going to change alot, also there is a bug if someone noticed like if u get frank at 2.5k/500 hp he will get bugged and his attac will not work.

bro, your a noob. you cant counter him with surge. the only thing is when you get range but if the frank is dodging than you alone will not get him down. and when the zone is getting smaller you are just dead, even if you have super

Charlie and frank just swapped places i had frank at 740 i pushed him to 875 and i had Charlie 900 i gave her another attempt for the rank 30 but i tilted 100 trophies supercell need buff Charlie she is way too weak right now
