This was a very very hard trading session. The big thing was i hadn't zoomed into the red line high that I felt money was above to see if there was an OB there that may have been rejected off of. Or the wick itself could have acted as a rejection block. I need to look at those spots.
I punched my bed hard. smh.

NOTEPAD:NY Lunch Range Trading
So the temptation to trade the :50 is very strong. Yet, the rules for the Lunch range trading is that one of the sides are to be taken out. A MMXM pattern is to present and be at peak above/below to then give projections for a symmetrical move into the range and possibly target teh other side or MMXM completions and such in the area. Often times a least half the lunch range can be tapped before going back above/below. So it's a volatility grab.
So now you see the :50 did...... kinda consolidation. I'm going to follow the rules. After London I don't give a Frankfurter. So all is out. I'm done. Will follow the rule and put HEAVY leverage on. SL to break even with the swiftness.
I want the current peak structure that is here now to be ABOVE lunch range high then drop. NOTE how the MTH of the -ob is being hit right now. The season is ripe for the move down for a bit. I'm shooting for the stars.

Now i actually am very temped to sell now. But I'm NOT risking 10 contracts on a spot where buyside still resides. I'm fighting temptations to buy and sell. I want those clean spots to be taken out or a shorter term m structure to form then be taken out for a short run but that has to happen in manipulation stage or distribution stage.
The red line above has liquidity above that too. So the temptation to buy til there is strong. then short
fighting the urge to buy if it shoots up displacement. I'm fighting both thoughts here. it's inside the IRB
AT THIS POINT :30 should be waited for.
If i'm going to risk big i'll risk it at high probability :30!!!!!

On my own, built from my years of studying ICT and other fellow students I came up with s15:50:10 Model. I use it primarily with SB but it can be used up against any trading model and is a trading model in and of itself.
