Mom always said I have expensive taste. Sacred Frank smells sweeter to me. Comforting in my multiple efforts to get myself back above the wellness line. Frankincense is so useful. I love the Essential Oil desk reference books. They are a bit more grounded than internet - though that's so helpful as well.

Boswellia sacra and carteri are genetically the same tree. I grow them and 8 other species of Boswellia.

Todd's Tropicals Thank you. I’ve done some research to better understand. I have been researching Frankincense. I have yet to research all the species of Boswellia, but I will. I would love to grow one, but I think I would need to live further south. Blessings and thank you for the clarification.

Thank you for this video! I own several frankincense essential oils and was wondering why some smelled different than the others. I'd misplace one and purchase another and another not knowing the differences. I ABSOLUTELY love my sacred frankincense! Very rich/expensive smelling vs my regular frankincense.

Frankincense worked fabulous on my floaters, but Sacred Frank was what worked on my macular degeneration! My ophthalmologist declared that I have healthy macula now! I have test results!

I just rubbed it around my eye orbits and cupped my hands over my eyes for a few minutes, too.

Hi Could anyone share if I may rub this essential oil Fr round my eye orbit that has undergone cataract procedure before ? I have had cataract op done on one eye. Another question... I have been applying Frankincense on the other good eye will it affect /help the eye with cataract surgery done? Thk you in anticipation

great explanation of all the "Franks". here is a little tip for the resin burner. I cut a piece of foil and place it on the plate and put the resin on the foil. after I am done, I remove the foil after the burner has cooled.

As a person of the tropics where we we have used this forever I would not at anytime use foil underneath any circumstances this is a resin and you burn it but also burns the foil which is aluminum even if it is a small piece of foil. You want to be able to breathe in the pure frankincense. Resin gets super hot. Aluminum gets super hot also and this metal effects the brain. And we don't want that! Be blessed. Hope this was useful.

I’ve been burning Ethiopian / Somalian frankincense for years on charcoal for both religious, traditional, health and aromatic purposes. I’ve ordered both the red bottled regular frankincense and the sacred frankincense as well. I like them both and use them for almost everything as frankincense is good for you in all aspects of life. I do want to get the vitality one as well to try it out and ingest it for health purposes. As a suggestion before you burn the resin try adding a few drops of oil on the resin and let it dry over night; than burn it and the aroma will lift you to heaven. I only use 5 main essential oils in my life. Question: I usually diffuse frankincense oil on its own; what types of other oils do you suggest would blend well with it? Thanks 😊

oh my Lord I have never heard prices like that for frankincense!! what makes these different from other oe 100% organic, therapeutic grade oils (that are tested for purity and quality)?

geckomom74 you’ve got to be really careful. Does the company you’re referencing own their own farms? I trust young livings process. That’s why I use them, and only them. Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils is a Potentially Misleading Claim. No governmental agency or generally accepted organization "grades" or "certifies" essential oils as "therapeutic grade," "medicinal grade," or "aromatherapy grade" in the U.S. B e careful with your choice

The Vitality oil is identical to the other oils. The govt makes them label ones that can be ingested separately. Talk about government regulations costing our company extra money!!

Love this video! Love frank in my moisturizer. I've been interested in the resin and burner for my yoga teaching daughter for her birthday. Thought it would be cool to burn that during her classes. Thanks for explaining the differences.
