Steps like kanyashree, mid -day meal in government schools are really appreciating, again her government provides free books and school shoes , school dress upto eight standard... one cycle for 10/11 standard... These are really helpling rural areas...(students, girls) again when girls after getting kanyashree one time grant(rs-25000)... They used to get married using it... Then she agin started to provide "rupashree". we are so much privileged to understand this... Yeah she is rash, impetuous...but never never sits without work.... agin her party is full of menacing people... but she is including Tollywood actors and actresses who are educated and well mannered... Thing may change. She could have chosen a normal simple life like other but she didn't... It is always hard to appreciate a woman's works. What I think is she doesn't deserve this much hatred.

@@sabyasachirimpa No. Jyoti Basu almost became PM but his MULTIHEADED party didn't allow him. Pranab Mukherjee could be the PM..he served a long term for Cong. But he did nothing to survive Bengal Chemicals (set up by great Acharya Prafulla Ray) and other industries. Wherever BJP is now is just because of Shyama Prasad Mukherjee but there is no cabinet minister from Bengal..I know that Dilip Ghosh is undeserving but there more 17 MLAs out of which there was an IITian from Jangalmahal who won a seat. He served for his locality and had great achievements.

Left's defeat has many silly reasons one of them is that it is MULTIHEADED..every leader has their own opinion and they split the party into small sub parties..Jyoti Basu sacrificed PM post just in order to keep his party united and see the condition now..it is good that he passed(at the age of 96) before seeing this terrible downfall.
