@@emptyemail619in theory yodelling the Swiss stereotype of how their music is. And his song “Der Appenzeller Jodler” also helps a lot with that way of thinking and that song is written in Swiss German from the canton of appenzell (I live in Switzerland but don’t tell it to anybody)
@@sailed8027I don’t know why is yodelling the stereotypical sound of Switzerland (well a lot of yodellers come from eastern Switzerland maybe that’s why) even if the nickname of this guy is “Jodlerkönig” and doesn’t come from Switzerland but from Bavaria
My boy didnt win, that would imply theres any competition to begin with. Just look at him walk, mein Jünger Franz over here just proves the fact he cannot be challenged
It's actually very easy!! Ofc, this specific case is very high level, mostly because of the relatively continuous yodel and transitioning into singing (and then back into yodeling). Yodeling is based on a natural crack in between your chest & head voice. I'm tone deaf and can't sing the ABCs very well, but I'm currently learning to yodel and I don't sound half bad.
I sing and just bouncing back and forth from head to chest voice, plus those mouth and throat shapes looks so stressful. This guy truly is a yodel king.
@@AlwaysCorrect-yw1wy If you can't sing already, autotune won't help you. But if you can manipulate your voice in the production process for interesting effects, then yes, very much!
This is the musical equivalent of Arnold Schwarzenegger bursting through a wall like the Kool-Aid Man, and he's wielding two belt-fed machine guns. The part where he's actually singing in German is the reloading phase, and then it's GUNS BLAZING once more.
This dude was the mentor to a Japanese man named Takeo Ischi who was (and probably still is) the only professional Japanese yodeler. You should check out his songs, they're true bangers.
Southern Germans tend to be much more outwardly friendly and personable. The cold, machine-like Germans are more of a western or northern stereotype. Especially since I’ve heard Berliner’s are massive pricks the same way New Yorkers are to Americans, and the industrial areas like the Rühr valley and Westphalia are kind of like California.
This man is so, so talented. Absolutely amazing! I was in stitches when i first watched this but then I began to really appreciate this talent. Alternating octaves perfectly is almost impossible!
My baby already bored with babies songs..one time I accidentally clicked on this song,my 10months old baby, laughed n keep clapped her hands n then she danced randomly..til now she still like to listen this song😂❤
I have a double CD of his music ... always threaten the kids with 12 hours of yodeling music while we are driving ... surprised how well behaved they become 😁
The way he entered at the beginning and just busted down yodeling like a god, with such a confident stride and posture. Prime husband material, the absolute gigachad.
