(Fraps Test) Need For Speed The Run - Final Stage 

I'm setting at Full Size with 30fps It's very big file lol when I'm upload I'm convert or edited in Premiere Pro before upload [I use h.264 with bitrate at 4 - 6 mbps] I think this setting is enough for vdo on internet I hope this will help you >

ok I'll try to explain the easy way for you to understand - In fraps video capture setting you can only set framerate and size of vdo [I recommend at 30fps with Full Size] - Full Size is same size as your screen resolution in game ex, You've play with 1920x1080 resolution vdo will capture at same resolution - Half Size is half of your screen resolution - Fraps is capture with uncompress setting capture file is very large size with .AVI - I recommend you set Folder To Save Video to another HardDisk Drive not same drive you've install windows [I think this is faster than same windows drive] - Recommend after you finished record you've edit the video on software for your show or If you want to upload in original vdo I'd like you to use video converter software to reduce size of the file [Recommend setting with H.264 at bitrate 4 - 6mbps] ex. my video in original file 15 minutes record with fraps the file's size is about 12gb lol too big then I'm convert with Xilisoft Video Conter by H.264 at bitrate 4-6mbps file's size is 200 - 400mb hope this help
